IDbike produces with green energy

As of Sept 1 2022, IDbike will only use solar energy for the production of our sensors. GereenEnergy

On the roof of our building 120 solar panels have been installed which provide more than

enough energy to supply the production machines and to charge our electric bicycles and cars.

A new step towards a climate-neutral sensor!

Development Infinite driveline

In 2021, IDbike started a project to develop a new driveline for electric bicycles, in cooperation with a number of partners. In the "Infinite" range project we are cooperating with Infinite BV to increase the efficiency of E-bikes and the driveline, to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. In the end, this will result in a positive contribution with regard to CO2 emission in our region.

The project is qualified as an Interreg Flanders-Netherlands project, an across border cooperation program which is financed by the European Fund of Regional Development (EFRO)

IDbike produces new compact sensors

As of 2020 IDbike started up the production of sensor units of a new generation. These sensors are more compact, completely flat, and are compatible with both drop aout and thru axles. A new, patented sensor system is used, to ensurehigh precision and stability of the unit.
